Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sartori-studios.com

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make any changes to it. You can edit the size/colours of the products you ordered, change your shipping address, or cancel your order completely.

Due to the speed at which we operate to ensure our customers get their orders as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel or change orders after this 30-minute period is over. However, once you have received your item, you can return it back to us and get a refund if you still don’t want it. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@sartori-studios.com

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We require photographic or video evidence of the damage to process your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll process a full refund for you without the need to return the faulty item back to us.

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs and any customs charges associated with the return of the package
  • To return a product back to us, you must use tracked shipping and provide us with the tracking number and courier that you have used. If we do not receive these tracking details, we will be unable to identify your return or process your refund
  • We are not liable for courier misdeliveries, delays, or customs issues encountered by your chosen courier when returning the package to us
  • Refunds will only be issued upon receiving the returned item. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or not delivered by your selected return carrier
  • Refunds will be issued using to the same method of payment used for the original purchase
  • Please do not return any item(s) without prior confirmation from a member of our team. If your return is not approved by a team member, we reserve the right to reject it, and your package will be sent back to you at your own expense

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
